Uzhorod Foster Family Program is located near the eastern border of Ukraine. This beautiful little town has become overrun by people displaced by the war. Along with this, the local orphanages have closed down. Throughout this conflict, there are families opening their homes to children in need of a place to live. We are working to find monthly supporters to sponsor a family. This helps them with food, medical costs, school fees and psychiatrist visits. When one of the foster moms was asked about who in the family needed counseling she said, "All of us need counseling, even me."
