Located on the sandy streets on the outskirts of La Paz Mexico, BCS Nueva Creacion is a place of great hope. Roberto and Alma came to La Paz from mainland Mexico on their honeymoon. While there, they attended a church service and heard a pastor talking about the need for a home for children living on the streets. In Roberto's words, "We never went back home." They bought a piece of land outside of town and began to build Nueva Creacion. It started with a few trailers pulled from the junkyard and cleaned up to be houses for the children on a plot of land with no electricity or running water. Now, 20 years later they have buildings, electricity and the ability to truck water in for drinking. They house over 30 children who love to laugh and dance and play! They are in need of people to be monthly supporters of the home to help with food security, gas and electricity costs as well as schooling fees.
