Located in Tamil Nadu, India, Fatima Homes is part of the Sacred Heart Homes program. Sacred Heart Homes span southern India. They have been part of World’s Children for quite some time. The homes are under the umbrella of the Sacred Heart Congregation, a Catholic umbrella out of Italy. The homes are staffed and run by nuns who have given their lives to caring for the children that live with them. 

World’s Children has made a conscious effort to better the living environments of the children at each of the homes. The conditions were grim at some of these homes before we started annual campaigns. Now, happily the living conditions at all the Sacred Heart Homes are improved and the children are thriving.
