Casa Hogar is located in a little fishing village near the Sea of Cortez in Baja Sur, Mexico.

Casa Hogar was started by Laura Sanchez. She is a school teacher in the town of Mulege in Baja Sur. Laura started seeing kids struggling to stay awake in her classes. As she asked questions, she found out that they were homeless and alone. She started Casa Hogar to create a safe place for homeless or orphaned children to grow up.
